Come build the thing, not the slide deck.

We are a small company doing unglamorous work carefully: cutting panels on jigs, pouring foundations, and standing shells in a week. If that appeals, so will we.

Where we hire

• Shop — panel assembly, jig setup, quality control, materials handling. Mountain View area.
• Field — site supervision, framing crews, finish carpentry, mechanical and electrical coordination.
• Design and preconstruction — plan adaptation, Title 24 and CalGreen compliance, permit runners who know Peninsula counters.
• Client side — project managers who stay on one job from lot check to keys.

How we work

Fixed prices mean fixed schedules, and fixed schedules mean the plan has to be right before anyone picks up a nail gun. We would rather spend an extra week on the drawing set than a month in the field fixing it. People here are expected to say when something is wrong, early, including to the person who drew it.

Subcontractors

We keep a short list of trades we call back. If you are licensed, insured and work on the Peninsula or in the South Bay, send your licence number, your typical crew size and two references.
