Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to tell you what your lot will take, and we do not sell it. That is the whole policy; the detail is below.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, and the project address
- Project information: drawings, parcel numbers, budget range and timeline
- Basic analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site
Why
To research your parcel before a call, to prepare estimates and drawing sets, to run a project you have engaged us for, and to answer you when you write. We use analytics only to see which pages are useful.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your address with lenders, insurers, realtors or lead brokers. We do not send your details to a third party marketplace.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and service providers who process data on our instructions: email hosting, scheduling, cloud storage, and, once you engage us, the design consultants and trades on your project. They may use it only to do that work.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records for two years. Contract, permit and construction records for the period California law requires for a licensed contractor, which is longer.
Your rights in California
You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it, except where we are required to retain construction and licensing records. Write to us through the contact page and we respond within 45 days.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to function and to count page views in aggregate. There is no cross-site advertising tracking on this site.
